Stray cat eye infection. PLEASE HELP!

Hello. My name is Kay and for some time now I've been feeding this semi-feral/stray cat. I am concerned because she has an eye infection and I don't even know if her eye is still there. I don't know if I can post a photo. I do not have the funds to take a stray to the vet. It has been suggested to me that I take her to (or call) animal control and let them handle it. I refuse to do so because I know the first thing they will do with this sick kitty is euthanize her. On top of that I suspect she is pregnant because her belly continues to grow. Is there anything I can give her? I need help! What should I do?!

The first thing I would do is try to find a local rescue that might agree to take her in.  If you can't find one, then really, the best thing to do is to take her to animal control.  I can't even imagine how horribly painful that eye is.  And, to be pregnant on top of that eye issue.........=(

well Kay, I'm afraid to say if you cannot take this poor suffering kitty to a Vet than it is you duty to take her to a humane society where they will look after her, if they do need to put her down at least she won't be suffering like she is now, how will she care for these babies while she is ill?? they would be left to suffer too. I know this sounds cruel and I commend you for looking out for her and feeding her but sometimes 'in the best interest' of any animal we have to make harder decisions for them. bless you. I know you will do the right thing for this poor girl♥
