Update: Kitty isn't coming home :(

I'm sorry I keep bringing on the bad news. I wish I could tell you all that everything resulted as planned. Abby has developed an abscess and they once again had to sedate him and take care of that. Doctors do not feel comfortable sending him home and will call me with an update tomorrow, Tuesday. He is stable and doing fine, they said. But then again they always say the same thing, and then call and tell me he is not healing. I wonder what the heck is going on with my cat. Why can't he heal already?

Any ways; I will post again when I receive different news, I guess.

Maybe kennels lined up on the roof would be a better option?

lI'll run those last couple of posts past my husband.  I'm sure he'll get a chuckle out of them. ha-ha!  Maybe he'd volunteer to chauffeur us.  Probably if he could wear a gas mask ( at least, that's what he would say). lol

A motor home cross country trip! Sounds like great fun! Aligator, I may ride on the top with you, lol, didn't think about all the litter boxes!

Can you imagine all those cats?! What a mad house it would be, lol!

oh boy-  a litter box for each kitty in a motor home...  Strap me to the roof- I'll ride up there..

Retro fit the entire thing as a kitty condo...  everything carpet, window wells so they can bask in the sun.  random stuff hanging from the ceiling to bat around...  150 cat toys on the floor for us to step on.  Food bowls and water dishes- running water for those who want it... HAHA a fish tank, strings on a robotic puller thingy.   Ohhh would be sooo fun...  little treadmills and a Wii for them to play-

hahahahaha you guys are so much fun! Please, come on over. Florida is very nice these days. Nice temperatures.....and my house is big enough for all of us AND the cats!!! Please bring your own litter boxes. I only have three! LOL.

Oh it'd be so much fun to have you all here! And Abby would get to meet ya'll......nice ladies who have been praying for him for so long. Aw....I love you guys :)

Ok, I have a great idea!  We have a huge, I mean huge,  motorhome and I could make one big circle around the country and pick each of you up and then we could park in front of PK's house, with the kitties staying in the motorhome and us camping in the back yard...or visa-versa.  We could do that, I've just never driven it before.  But I bet April could.  What do y'all think?

Me too-  I am okay in town, but not leaving town.  It's been interesting since my sister moved 30 miles from here and I want to help move.  It's been rough going out there.  

Then you add in the 8-10 inches of snow and gloomy weather- feel closed in and clausterphobic.  UGH!!!  I wish I was "normal"...

April...agoraphobia means, Fear of Open Spaces.  I have difficulty leaving the house too, but mine is more pain driven.  We can dream though, right? :)  Oh, and don't even Mention driving...you would hate to be in a car with me lol.  "Watch out, you're driving to close!"  "Open the window, I can't breathe,"...etc. lol.  Who would drive, anyway?  Julie and I would be on xanax and you'd be drunk LOL...

If that means afraid of flying I'm kind of like that. I don't much like to fly anymore. Maybe if we get enough Margaritas in us before take off it won't be so bad, lol.

Wouldn't that be great-

Can you imagine seeing a group of women in parkas coming off planes with cat carriers and howling cats, those of us with multiples would have carts- imagine the looks...  With my luck there would be a record low and we'd still freeze.  

They need to come up with some kind of carrier train- hook one to the next.  People would get out of your way.

I wanna go!!  I'm in Vegas till the weekend, but today my hubby won $2100.00 so that should get me from Texas to Florida...in style, lol.  Actually I could drive it in 2 days.  We could all camp out in PK's backyard and take all our kitties too.  Yeah, count me in!  Can Apple come too?
