I agree with Savas. When something like this happens there are more than one possible causes. To get a full diagnosis you'll need to have kitty assessed by the vet. It could be easily treatable at an early stage hun, so try not to prolong his situation and find a cure at the vet.You may find that things which could be easily diagnosed and get rid of become very hard to treat at an advanced stage.

You'll have to take your cat to the vet. It could be a number of things, some of them easily treatable. It's possible it's just a parasite infection, in which case you need to know if there's a chance your other animals have it. Gone untreated long enough, even a simple parasite can cause these types of problems and even kill.
