Oh and by the way - Thank you for giving us a glimpse of the Grand Dame---she is STILL a Beauty even in her advanced years---may you have many more years to enjoy her beauty.
Well God bless you for giving her such a long life filled with love and caring!
If her eyesight is the only thing affected at this age , consider her very lucky to have been cared for so well by you.
Like Pip has said, cats are remarkable creatures and are very adaptable to blindness. You can make it easier on her if you announce your presence by calling her name before you see her. This way she will not be stressed by the suddenness of your touch or presence.
Also I would limit her to perhaps one room with all of her food, water, litter box, toys, etc,, kinda like her own "Senior Living Home". \
This will make it easier for her to re-process her living area and the placement of objects.
Soon she will adapt and be running around that room as if she could see. Even place a cat perch near a window if you can--not to high at first--let her get used to it being there and her accomplishment to climb it. She may be loosing her eyesight but she can still feel the warm sun and hear those little birdies ----she probably may even have some sight left to actually see them--so give her something to entertain her.
Also she probably would love a little "beauty spa day"-- She will love being brushed by you--she still wants to look beautiful to you. .....and of course make plenty of visits to her--maybe you can make her room the family room so she always has company.
You cannot go wrong if you treat her the way you would your elderly mom or dad... Your love and caring is all she needs in these last years.
Let us know how things are going , we like to keep tabs on our seniors....we will ALL be there on day.
Best wishes to you and your aging Queen.

If kitty is otherwise healthy, she will adjust. Cats are remarkable creatures that way.
Take a few minutes and go to www.http://blindcatrescue.com/
Many of the cats at this rescue lost their eyesight as adults.
