does my daughter have scabies

she is scratching & itching constantly & has a mild red bumpy rash behind her lt ear & back of her neck.
we have a new kitten that has had mites of his ears that I have treated @ home, he is better, but, can we contract this to be scabies or another?

If you're worried about ringworm, it is possible. Linda is right, a trip to the doctor is best. However, an athlete's foot cream is generally what's prescribed.

The rash on a human tends to be circular in pattern with a number of red bumps. Does this describe it?

Ear mites are cat-specific.  For your daughters situation, a trip to the Pediatrician would be in order
