My prayers are with Cinco but being a Veterinary Technician for 10 years I can tell you that Cinco needs to be seen by a Veterinarian. Please keep me posted.
I hope it works out. Kittens are so very fragile. Let us know what happens when you've got some more information from your vet.
well got her xrayed, no damage shows up. So it a spinal cord injury. she is taking anti inflammatory med and we are just gonna wait and see. she doesn;t seem to be in pain, trys constantly to pull herself around. but now she is constipated and wont drink much but will eat everything she is given. i have only been giving wet food and dry soaked in water trying to get more liquid in her. but belly is swollen now. she was pooping right after the accident and the next day. and has a gone litttle but very dry hard pieces.
If her belly is swollen she'll probably have to go back to get checked. It sounds like the x ray either missed some internal damage, or it it get worse, perhaps started some internal bleeding. Crush damage may have caused tearing in the bowel which can be hard to spot.
Keep in mind I am guessing here, on what's likely, not what it actually is. I'd hold off on solid foods and go with a milk replacer from the pet store for a while until you have a clearer idea on the damage.
thanks for your comments but he passed yesterday morning.I guess the damage was just too bad. I was just about to leave to take him to the vet. at least he got to spend his last day with his mama and sister laying out in the shade by the shop. she even let him nurse a little. thanks again
sorry i couldn't be of more help. It did sound bad but I had my fingers crossed, as you never know. We're all wishing you well about here.
