thank you for yours answers and sorry for my wrong explanation. when i mentioned that my cat often know strongly to bite hands i was thinking that maybe she has some problem and maybe because of that she is very hyperactive. behind that she looks very healthy. i don't have any symptoms on the rest off my body so i guess that i just got an irritated skin. also, 3 times i putted kenacomb cream so maybe that cream made worst. i visited my doctor and he thinks that it is just some irritation or allergic reaction on something. he is only doctor around and i don't trust his education very much, so i posted comment here!
Mrs. Savas is right! I did not mean to insult you! You just had us a little confused here!
Ok, hi folks...
I think that prettykitty's advice is good. Be careful about touching yourself in the area after petting your cat and wash your hands often. See if that helps.
Do you get any kind of reaction anywhere else on your body, maybe on your face? I don't think it's likely that you would get an allergic reaction in only one place, even if it is sensitive.
Do you have any history of allergic reaction to animals?
It could be something else, like a soap that is too harsh for your genital area, or razor burn.
I hope you are not feeling upset. We have a good group here - I think they were just a little confused! I promise no one was trying to insult you.
If you come back and answer these questions, I might be able to give more detailed advice.

vlada,
We didn't mean to make you upset. No matter how fluent we may be, sometimes the wording comes out wrong or confusing. Read what you wrote again, and maybe you’ll be able to see what we saw. My apologies for misunderstanding. I will still give you the same advice, go to the doctor, because we really can't tell you what to do and this is a medical issue. It may not have to do anything with the cat, but you want to make sure there isn’t anything bad going on.
Next time, please be careful where you put your hands next time you play with your cat. Doing this will give you assurance that she did not pass any diseases on to you.
i think that will be stupidly, do you?
i only wanted to ask if is possible by hands to infect genital area but not and the rest of the body or bitten hands and arms.
i am not fluently english speaker so you didn't understand me well i guess!
ZQ, I think she really is trying to tell us her cat bit her 'there'. Do you think this could happen, though? I have never heard of that!
vlada,
You need to go to the OBGYN!!
Are you trying to say that your cat bit your genitals?
Maybe, you should go to one of the other medical forums. I've never had a cat bite my genitals before, and have no clue how to fix the situation. BUT, I will make the suggestion is to keep pants on while your playing with your cat. Good preventative medicine.
