okay thank you very much sounds lke i am calling the vet tomorrow
again thank you
I want to retract my earlier statement, lol....I don't know for sure that 10 weeks of age is too young for a kitten to go into heat.....Cats do meow alot when they're in heat...they're calling for a mate....but I really would think this is too young. If she is in heat, she'd have other specific behaviors too, such as being very lovey and then after that period, they take up a position to be mounted..
I would take her to the vet ggirl55, she might be in pain or something, I just really am not sure. Maybe someone more knowledgeable will come along soon.
Good luck with her.
i think she may be meowing excessively
No, it's not a period...when cats are in heat, the discharge is clear and she is way too young to be in heat anyway. I am wondering if she has a problem like a tract between her rectum and vagina. It can happen in humans, so I'd think it could happen in cats too. Also, are her stools runny? Is it possible that she's got some of than leaking out of her anus and onto her female organ? Other than that, I am not at all sure. I'd say a vet is in order.
no she is very playful. it is not coming out here butt it is coming fom i think her female organ. it has a brownish color? she is only 10 weeks old well 11 now she wouldn't be having a period this young would she?
Well, you've got to try to figure out if it's urine or poop. Maybe you can wipe the kitten's bottom with a white napkin or toillette paper and see exactly what it is. As soon as you get that info, me and others will be able to give ya some suggestions! Also, are there any other symptoms-energy level? eating and drinking habits? the kitten's diet? This info will be very helpful to us!
Also, please check out our health pages on this page for some great tips! You can find it at the top right of this page, right above recent actities-it'll say Health Pages!

Hi, we'll be able to help you more if you tell us where the discharge is!
