Bioflavonoids: Are they safe?

I always mash up my bioflavoid pills in a mortar and pestle to make them easier to digest.  My cat loves to stick his head in there when I'm done.  Do you think that means he is deficient?

I agree!  Your cat must have a fetish w/ one of the ingredients in it.  LOL  I had a cat that had a Basil and Oregano fetish.  Lord help me, when I was trying to make spaghetti.  LOL

I think it means your kitty is liking the scent of one of the ingredients not that he is likely deficient if he is on a good balanced 'species appropriate' diet..
bioflavoids may well contain garlic which is toxic to cats so I wouldn't allow him to lick out of your pestle....grind up some cat nip for him instead:))
