spinal injury

the lower part of my cat is paralyzed, and it is bleeding rather heavily in urine. i want to a vet who told me it has a spinal injury and have to kill her. i went to another vet who just only looked at it and told me to give him a laxative and calcium as a last option. my cat also cant control its urine and the blood is smelly. please i need the answer as soon as possible.

Manal I am so sorry for what is happening to you're kitty....honey if kitty can't walk and has lost control of bodily functions than I'm afraid a laxative and calcium isn't going to help him any!!
He has most surely suffered a spinal cord injury and I don't think emergency surgery would even be successful at this stage??
I agree with the first Vet, for the best interest of kitty I'm afraid the time has come to let go and say goodbye, I know this is a hard and seemingly cold decision to have to make, but a necessary one for you're good friend in need.
God bless you both.
