Your sensitivity to light (which I imagine will always be an issue with many of us) can probably contribute to other things as well - headaches mostly. Do you have to be outside a lot? I know sunlight is really difficult if you are sensitive to light. Inside my house I have drastically adjusted the light on difficult days. If I close some curtains in really bright rooms, it seems to help.
I hope physical therapy is helpful to you. It seems like many people have difficulties with it.
