I get jaw pain...other people have said they do as well. Mine is not frequent though, so I don't do anything about it.
Here's a previous post about jaw pain, in case it can help you:

I used to get jaw pain when I was in the armed forces....dx'd back then (in the military) as TMJ and was fitted for a "night guard" and told to stop chewing gum. I don't know if it was related; however, I've heard that it could be. I still have it on and off...depending upon my stress level and the intensity of my daily head pain.
Hi and welcome to the Chiari forum.
This is a typical chiari symptom and many of us have had it....some drs do not recognize all the symptoms we do have as being from chiari...but when u look at the # of us with the same issues and one common denominator it goes to show it is chiari.

I have frequent jaw pain, jaw numness and jaw that crack when I chew on something at some point. I saw a dentist lately and he told me that everithing is normal with my teeth an jaw on the x-ray. I also have pain in my ears due to that! My best guess whould be that it is a Chiari symptome.
