Disability with several dx

I know there are questions about disability, but I just applied for it with, spondylosis, cervical stenosis, DDD, herniated discs, depression, anxiety, chiari and fibromyalgia. My symptoms are LONG....imbalance, memory loss, numbness, tremors, head pain, neck, shoulder back pain, syncope, vertigo...blurred vision. I'm meds for everything. Can someone give me insight on whether they have had these dx and been approved or denied. I don't drive further than 2 or 3 miles and my symptoms are getting worse. Had a fusion, waiting to recover for chiari surgery which my dr says I'm not in any shape yet 3 months post op for fusion that hasn't changed symptoms

No, seeing dr tomorrow because he hasn't given me thorough notes. I need for him to be more specific with dx and symptoms as well as clearly stating prognosis is unknown, but limitations are specific. It's frustrating and I'm fearful that ssi will find one reason to deny me. I wrote a letter with paperwork describing my deterioration of my disease.

In trying to get SSI for my son, I have learned to keep copies of all paperwork from doctor visits and reports from diagnostic procedures. I was told I would be able to strengthen our claim with letters written by the diagnosing doctors. You describe a clear case for disability, and I am not sure how disability benefits are determined. Were you given any specific recommendations from your doctors on how to apply and what documentation to include?

My latest primary dx was depression, so we will see.

Just the depression and anxiety if they are a DX and not a symptom you should have an easier time getting disability......it is those that only have a Chiari DX that have a harder time getting approved....

There is a thread with tips/secrets to winning SSID appeals.....

So to mention again it is the DX not the symptoms that they look at....
