Does we all do things that we shouldn't?

Just out of curiosity, does anyone else do things they shouldn't do? For instance, I smoke, I am a week and a half away from surgery and just now stopping.
I have issues with my blood sugar and caffeine but yet I eat things that are bad for me and drink probably 2 liters of mountain dew a day. I know the things that make my symptoms worse, but some days I just don't think about the repercussions they have on me. Is anyone else like this? Some days I feel so bad that I just feel like after all the misery I deserve it.

ALL THE TIME!!!! It's awful to admit and yet I don't do much about it. I pack my days so full that I wear myself out and then I wonder why I feel so horrible...

But like someone else said, you do things b/c you figure that you should get some pleasure and I get pleasure from being involved with my kids and being involved in my community. Plus, I have been known to go have a drink or two which prods an extra special headache the next day ;)

i've been a smoker for more years than i care to count.  my body decided to rebel against it last week, so it's been a week since i've had a smoke.  i want one more than you can imagine.....but i can barely breath.  i hope i stay like this long enough to get over the worst of the urges!!!

Yes I smoke too! I am sure I am gonna have to quit but for right now I dont have alot of vices left.  I dont have my favorite glass of wine anymore cause I take too many meds.  The doc said it (nicotine) could be making the palpitations worse and I did cut back but still didnt stop.  In our defense they do compare the nicotine addiction to heroin, so I would say pretty tough to get off that.  Good luck quitting, let me know how it goes and if you plan to use anything or just go cold turkey!

I am a smoker and mountain dew Is my water. Lol.  I did switch to diet though.

I gave up trying to be good I figured I suffer enough as it is I deserve some pleasures and too many of my loves were stopped due to this stupid brain hemmroid. Lol

I know it is bad but hey. There are ALWAYS worse.   : ). Don't kick yourself for some indulgences.  Life is short enjoy what you can.
