Hi and welcome Back !!!
I know we have all posted ideas to help with HA's and to relax....so, I am sure u will get a ton of ideas.
My fav is to soak in a warm tub with scented candles and my fav music playing....relaxation helps with HA's.
Thanks!! I just wish I had a better update, other than nothing is progressing lol. And yes, that's why I decided to ask here, I know we ALL have had to use one or two methods! I like the bath and candle idea, I have lavender ones around my room. I read somewhere lavender and a few others are supposed to be aromatherapeutically pain relieving. I'll try anything!
Hey Mambo...I hope u get the help u need!!!! its horrible that people with diseases have to fight for being properly attended...Oh I love bath tubes, but here in Spain almost all the houses just have a shower :-(( the first thing I do going back home to my parents house is jumping in the tube...love it...well my favourit at the moment is my corn filled pillow which u can put in the microwave...I love that instant relief it gives and the warmth
I love the idea of your corn pillow. I used to make the u-shape pillows with fental seed and add my own oils to them. I also recommend you have one and put in plastic bag for the freezer so you can try heat or ice. I always have one on hand. They sure help. So happy to hear your having better days.
Linda ;)
Oh, I've never heard of using corn! And both those pillows sound so nice right now lol. Thank you both for your ideas, and it's great to "see" you again! :-)
Yes, lavender is even used for pets to help calm them....is is a relaxing scent.....
I have never heard of the corn pillow either....I tend to be hyper sensitive, not sure I could take that as it is hard little bits....hmmm
Hello I would love to try relaxing bath what do you do with your neck/head in the tub? I've never been able to figure that out :(
There are some nice bath pillows out right now, but the softer the better for me. I can't handle any pressure or hard stuff on my neck right now. I think Walmart might have some squishy ones. :-)
I use a rolled up towel...
Have u tried a bath pillow? they r inflatable and come with a cover....I prefer the towel and u can make it as big or small as u like.
I also do a roll for my lumbar...and sit on one as well when going in for a good soak...so I do not get a sore tail bone.
The rolled up towel sounds good, especially those super fluffy ones. I swear, sometimes I wish I had an adult sized version of those comfy baby bathtubs lol. Has anyone tried that lemon thing?
