MRI picture from today. The only side view. Please tell me what you think!

We were told after a CT scan SAT that she has low lying cerbellar tonsils and a crowded foramen magnum and to investigate chiari one malformation.  But, looking at her picture and others, it doesn't quite look like chiari, does it?  She is having really bad headaches.  What do you all think of her MRI?  Still waiting on the doc, so this is all just to ease the tension!

Very hard to see in this pic, but was there any mention of a posterior fossa arachnoid cyst?

It is hard to see much with what ever that grid is  overlaying the MRI...but no, it  does not look like typical all corked up  chiari....in fact it looks pretty good her brain stem is straight.....not kinked...

U may want to ask about her pituitary glad, as that is an area u can not see here...sometimes that can be an issue for those with HA's or mayb she has ICP which we could not see on here either...or cerviocranial instability....

I would also suggest a full vitamin and mineral work up as low levels can cause HA's.
