Sorry to hear so many of you have or had this, but so glad to know I'm not alone :)
I swear I have something new everyday and it's so wonderful to have you all to talk to about it.
Wow I get that on my right side as well. I thought I was crazy. ( really I thought I was having a stroke when it first happened) That was a good question. There is so much related to chiari that you think sometimes your nuts. Im gald we can all ask questions and not feel like we've lost our minds, cuz alot of my family and friends think im crazy sometimes with all the symptoms that I have but they just dont get it.
yup I get this on my right side. I find it quiet distressing to wake up when I turn over.

i get like that when i lay on my back...i just can't do it...so it killed me after surgery to lay on my back and have that kind of pressure on my head....i was so happy when they said i could lay on my sides....
Oh Yuck! Why did you ever have to remind me of that awful symptom! Sorry to hear your dealing with it now.
ON a positive note, my surgery has been nearly 10 mos now and that is one symptom that has not been felt in quite some time. The ears yes still have few problems there but nothing I can't ignore most of the time. But the numb head and face have left and went to visit the Jetsons or something. So that should mean this is one that can be helped in time????

Hi....mine was all on my left...and my NS said it had to do with which side had more overcrowding.....we have 2 tonsils and the herniation is not always bi-lateral...one side may be longer than the other....
BUt I do know what U mean...even sitting in a theater I had to side stage left....so I was looking to my right as looking to my left made me feel disoriented.

I GET THIS TOO!!! On the right side as well...
Rolling over on my right side is enough to wake me up!
