My doctor was able to get me in to see the neurologist sooner.  They are squeezing me in tomorrow.  I am so relieved to hopefully get some answers...

Oh yes I know exactly what u mean, especially my family. I have the abnormal nerve tests though in arms hands leg and foot (didnt test other leg and foot). U can clearly see my brain pressed up against brainstem too.

Granted I have no idea what I am looking at, but it looks like my left tonsil is crowding my brain stem....I don't see how a neurologist could attribute it to anything else.  I have been healthy up until this point..no major issues except for having my gall bladder out a few years ago.  I am hoping that leaves less room for uncertainty.  It's not that I want this to be wrong with me, but feeling the way I have been, and NOT having an explanation just leaves room for people to think you aren't really having these problems.....you know what I mean?

I think it may be too, my tonsils seem to be pressing on my brainstem, so I think its affecting my nervous system, or I have a syrinx in my middle back they didnt mri, or I have developed one in cervical or lumbar. I don't know but I'm sure dr rosner will know!!

I don't think that it is carpel tunnel, but I don't know if it's related to the possible Chiari.  Less than two weeks before my appointment but it feels like a lifetime right now...

It just started all of the sudden!  I am in such a WTF mode it's frustrating.....I see a neuro 2 days after you.  Good luck to us both!  I have been pretty healthy with no other issues that have caused symptoms like this so I hope the confusion is limited when I see the doc..

I have that....it was my first sign after the wreck. My upper arms ache too, almost a burny ache....my neurologist said it was cupital tunnel in both arms and carpel in the one hand. (from nerve conduction test I couldnt tolerate EMG) Then he went to my leg and no nerve response....he still diagnosed me with the above and noted the leg issues and said clinical coorelation recommened....which maybe means look further it may be all related?? Who knows then I told him about the pressure headaches and he said its chiari or ms but u don't have lesions on ur brain.....I think its all related to chiari, but could have those injuries on top of chiari, (if I have chiari my NL suspects it and the specialist is suspecting it too after seeing couple mri shots) I will see Mar 2 and definately let u know!!
