I wanted to thank everyone for all the prayers for my DD after her surgery.  They worked and she is finally back to school,cheering, and making me mad. (lol. I have a new appreciation for the back talk).  

Sorry it took me so long to thank all of you the time with her put extra stress on me and it took a full week to recover myself

She lost a lot of weight and I am now trying to "fatten" her up. Lol. A teenage girl eating in the first place is hard. Lol.

But thank u all I know the prayers and well wishes save her through the infection and pain.  She has been on the forums reading and told me the other day what a wonderful group of people everyone here is and how god must have blessed us all with chiari for a reason. "to stuggle together and be stronger for others".

I am so glad to hear that she is doing well!! What a tough amazing girl you have!! I fully believe this is almost as hard on the family as it is on the affected person. She is luck to have such a great mom :)

Angie, thanks for the update on ur DD...so glad to hear she is doing well.....
and I hope u r rested up....u do need to take care of urself too!!
