Random Question

Random question for you guys because I don't know where exactly to put this question and other forums don't ever reply to questions as often as you guys. (:
Okay, No idea if this has to do with Chiari...but as some of you know, I play football and track at my high school. Within the past 3-4 months, I keep getting knots all over my body. Currently, I have 3 in my right thigh. 1 in my left thigh. One in my right groin. One in my right shoulder. One in my neck. One in my right forearm. These are obviously all thing I use for my sports...But why do I get knots soooo easily and sooo often and all over the place!!!??? Any ideas on why this is? How to prevent it? Or how to get rid of them???

The Ehlers-danlos seemed like a bigger problem then what I have.
I just get a lot of knots that make playing my sports difficult.

  Well like any condition there r more types out there and symptoms and we do not all get all the symptoms...so I am not sure what u saw that u feel it is too much going on to be what u have...but I had the same reaction...but was dx'd with it ....so u never know until u get tested.

   I figured u stretched, but had to mention it just for others that may read this too.....

  So again, not sure what u mean by it being way too big a problem for what u r dealing with.....???

I definitely don't think its tht. Lol I looked it up and it looks waaay to big of a problem then what I have.
Yes. I've used heat and ice. I have trainers at my school and they scrap my muscles when I get a knot, help me stretch them out, and today I took an ice bath in the jacuzzi.
I've also used Epson Salt.
But nothing seems to work!!!
And I stretch A LOT!!! I work out about 5 hours a day. And I stretch during and before and after.

  Hi...were u checked for Ehlers-danlos?....I get spasms and knots....and I have joint pains...not sure if that is what u mean...but, EDS can be associated with Chiari.

  Have u tried to use heat to relax those muscles?

    And stretch like a dancer would b4 u r active and as a cool down after?
