"The cure" - what does this mean?

I've been watching a lot of the videos from CSFINFO.org and researching a lot... the phrase "finding the cure" comes up a lot and I was wondering if anybody knew what this means. If I were to guess, I would say they are referring to babies or children rather than fully developed adults but I have no idea. Anybody know what they are talking about?

Hi there. I know this may seem a bit silly, as I should probably already know this, but what videos are you speaking of? I would love to watch them. I thought I had seen just about all there was to offer, but I dont recall seeing anything like this. Would you mind sharing?

Yes I think you're pretty much right. "Curing" may simply mean finding the best way to treat us patients and end the suffering... and there is definitely much to be seen on the subject of the link to CM to other disorders such as Autism... and of course how to stop all this craziness from happening to future generations :)

  I have to say this is JMHO that they mis-spoke and  mean to cure the pain, not the condition...as there is no cure for chiari....

I am not sure there is a cure for a malformed skull in the embryonic state that could be compared to low folic acid as in spinal bifida...U just need to do testing and increase the folic acid intake???.....I am confused by all of it as well.
