I wound up not going and watching on tv with my kids, as my hubby did not get off early enough and there was no way as bad as I was feeling yesterday that I could have taken them by myself. It was still loud because I live by the mississippi river and they do lots of fireworks off of the river. Hope you all had a lovely  4th !!

I when to firework on monday and even with earplug I still got a HA. Somebody told me that mabey the light of the firework were the one giving me HA! It would be strange to go see firework at night with sun glasses!!!

Happy 4th to all.  We are blessed to live in a world in which we can enjoy our freedom.  I have my earplugs ready also.  Can't inmagine not going to see the fireworks with my grandchildren.  Life is such a blessing.  I hope all of you will enjoy.

  I think it is bcuz I expect it and I am not right on top of them that I am ok.....I did have issues the yr I had surgery as I was only 2 month post op, I did go, but suffered a bit...but last yr was not a issue...so I will go again this yr : )

Happy 4th to you as well Molly. The fireworks don't bother you guys ? They started shooting them here last night...as there are three shows... and from my house every time one would pop, my head would feel it. I am supposed to take the kids tonight, but I am skeptical that I will make it through it...Any thoughts...I haev my ear plugs ready

I am heading back to my sister's pool then to the  fireworks....I do not remember ever missing a yr.....this is the 3 yr my DD will not be here with me, but I know she will be going to see them ...so all is good : )
