Yay two new MRIs and NS appt setup

Its tooken me since january to get my appointment I am so glad its almost here. I can't wait to set this lady straight. Last time I saw her I went in knowing nothing and left knowing my DX but nothing about it or my options. All my pains and my anxiety keep getting worse.                                    Plz tell me of any good questions or topics to talk about with my doctor!    Also if anyone knows of any related conditions I should ask my doctor to check for. Thanks!

  Sorry...I went a while without ins too...did u look into the  PICP.GOV....it is for those with out ins and a pre existing condition...it does cost money, but less then trying to get it elsewhere and no waiting time.

    I pray u have a positive appointment.

I wouldn't be going to her if I had a choice. I have no insurance so I can only go to uams a medical university. I do not believe she is a specialist.

  Hi...well it all depends on ur symptoms...and what ur dx is as to what ur topic of discussion will be or should be...we do have a list of questions for the NS...but , if u have to set her straight I have to wonder if she is a chiari specialist, and if not y r u going there?

  As for related conditions, everyone with chiari should be checked for EDS, TC, sleep apnea, ICP, CSF obstruction, and overcrowding....and disk issues.......
