Hello Selma I was wondering if you knew of anybody I could get advice from regarding POTS.. I saw the specialist yesterday and he wants to put me on a beta blocker:( I'm just scared to death. Please help. I went on the autonomic dysfunction message board and no one responded.

I totally understand that, we never know how we will tolerate meds...or what side effects they may have on us....I am glad you were able to talk with others that have POTS....and I understand just wanting to feel better....

I'm scared of all the side effects from the meds. There are a few I've contacted on here and they have been really nice. I just want to feel better:)

hmm a few members here also have POTS.....I will try tp contact a few and ask them to reply here on this thread.....
POTS is not too uncommon....especially those with Chiari.....try to relax....
