How to discipline a 3 year old boy

I have a 3yr old boy that is making life very difficult for us. He swears at preschool and makes racist comments. When the teacher disciplines him, he spits at her or runs away laughing. He also pulls down his pants in front of a whole group of kids and show them his private parts. I dont know where he sees and hears thise things because we dont do any of that at home. He used to be such a sweet boy, but now I dont know where to stick my head anymore. I cannot take him to church anymore, because he is just not behaving. He refuses to sit still, he refuses to do "time out" and if we give him a hiding, he hits us back an yels at us. Please help me, bacause I realy dont know what to do anymore. I am sorry to say, but we are ashamed of him now. Thanx Nella

Perhaps he has heard racist comments it seems he is to young to have thought it up by himself so check if anyone in his life or at school says those things, , the same with the spitting and pant pulling sounds like some learned behavior, does he have an older sibling or watch any stuff on TV regularly he could be copying, You say you dont do that at home could it be you simply havent seen it.Giving him a "hiding" is not the answer he will copy that and hit others,
