There are a lot of things that you can try.  Its about experimenting till you find what works.  A start of course is to try and figure out why you need a light.
Light wise, there are a lot of different types of night lights.  Will something that small help?  How about background music or white noise, or the sound of waves, etc.
And do you go to bed with migraines or do they come on during the night?

Maybe going to bed a bit later ..if you go to bed at 9pm and wake at 4am thats 7hours sleep, probably at 17 ,8 hours would be good It could be the headache waking you, maybe ask the doctor for something for that and you will sleep more .How are things during the day is school going okay ,any concerns ?

Do you have any other signs of anxiety?  Because, that is what I suspect is going on here.  May I suggest you google the phrases "behaviors of anxiety" or "anxiety disorders" or  anxiety and sleep" or similar words/phrases.  As always, your first step should be to see your family doctor.  It might also be prudent to post on the Anxiety Forum on this website if you feel that anxiety might be the issue.  By the way, anxiety is not caused by life experiences (although experiences can exacerbate the issue) but resulting from the hardwiring of one's brain.  Anxiety is highly treatable.  All the best ...
