my daughter is 5 years old, for the past 10 months she has been coming home from her fathers and his girlfriends house saying her son has been touching her down there in her "Chubby" is what my daughter calls it. "amber" my exs girlfriend is aware of what has  been going on and has done nothing to stop this. at first i reported it to the county and started to talk to my daughter alot about what goes on when she is at her fathers. sence the first time my daughter has told me about this i have reported this situation 5 times with social services and saywer county cops. nobody will do anything about this. my ex and i are going through a nasty divorce and he is court orderd to have our kids every other weekend. my daughter is still saying ambers son is touching her and looking at her while she sleeps. ambers son is starting to pull my daughters pants off in school as well. y wont anybody from my county help my situation? what do i have to do befor my daughter gets raped. the county keeps telling me the kids are playing, they are experimenting. at first that is what i thought, but after 10 months and my daughter sleeping waking up to ambers son pulling her underwear off and trying to touch her that is not playing anymore. i dont no were to go from here please, i hope sombody can help..

I am puzzled by some facts in your post, what did the school say about him pulling your childs pants off? How old is the boy ?

my suggestion to you is file for an emergency non contact visit with your husband. You must do this this is not exploring this is sexual abuse and if amber dont get her son some help now he will eventually be in prison and have to be labeled as a sex offender. good luck . you as the mother has the right to refuse visitation if your child is in harms way.

When you say this child is pulling your daughter's pants off in school and nothing is being done,  a red flag goes up in my head.   There is not the first chance any boy would get away with pantsing a girl in a public school where I live.  

You haven't posted anything in your profile including the state you live in,  so it's hard to find out what's going on here.  Additionally,  your profile lists you as male,  which only means you didn't put anything in your profile,  and I can't find a "Saywer county" in the US.

I'm really trying to help,  it's just hard.

How old is this boy?  Is he in the same class?

So, her dad thinks it is okay for this boy to do this?  I would call your lawyer immediately and child protective services  I get that you already made an inquiry about it but I'd continue.  

Child on child molestation is common and means that the boy probably was molested at some point himself.  

and even if they want to write it off as exploration----  once they know about it, they should be doing everything in their power to stop it.  

As they are not, I'd go to whatever length you have to in order to protect her including ceasing all visitation with her father.  good luck
