Inappropriate touching

My friend of 15+ years walked in on my 10-year-old stepdaughter with her hands down the pants of her 3-year old daughter's other day. When she told me, I tried to talk to my stepdaughter about it.  She was crying and denied that she did anything wrong before I even told her what my friend said.  Should I be concerned that she is being abused?

are you sure it was th truth the 15 yr old told you, make sure the facts are correct sometome step children dont get on with their step siblings ,is the relationship good , so ask your 10 year old pertinent questions ,especially if she continues to deny it ..Good Luck
