8 year old peeing on her self

My 8 year old keeps peeing on her self in the day time. Ive talked to doctors, and others. I only have her biweekly and her mom acts like she dosent at her house. Ive tried everything i could think of for the last 2 years, from change of clothes to a timer that went off every 30 mins. She dose it in school, home , and any where we go. I even went as far as smacking her bottom for lieing about it. I usely dont spank and i didnt want to then but when she told me she thought i wouldnt ,i felt like she was testing me.i dont want to go down this route, i feel as if im doing something wrong. She is the best at everything els, strate A's no attude, nothing.what is wrong is all i keep asking.

     If she is the best at everything, then why punish her?    It well could be some form of anxiety due to being at your place?  If she really is doing it at school, etc.  then this would mean that it is more then just the change of homes.   You said you have talked to doctors, but has she seen a doctor?  If not I think that it is important to do so.  This is unusual.    I mean kids with ADHD will have these kinds of problems because they don't stop long enough to pee.  But I think that you would have noticed if she was "hyper".   So, I do think medically that it is worth getting checked out.
