Need advice over my 14 year old daughter

My daughter is now 14 and still cant sleep on her own i ask her why but she never wants to talk about it and she is also afraid of the dark and doesint like to be alone but i kinda understand because since she was little she saw a person get poses by a demon and well i have try therapy but it didint help her and she sometimes crys and tells me she wishes that her memorie was erase.
Im worried because she is growing up and i dont whant her to have this proble all her life.
