HELP ME WITH MY 3/12 YEARS OLD!!!

hello.....

i am a mother of 3.... 2 girls and a new baby boy.. my 3 1/2 year old has been acting out very violently for the last a month and a half. her tantrums are worse then before.. and she throws stuff ( toys.. toy high chair...shoes...dolls)everything she can get her hands on and hits me and the baby with items from the kitchen ( spatula plates and bowls) she slams doors, kicks and screams.. pushes and recently started to bite and spit. she dosnt go to daycare so i have no idea where this behavior could be coming from. and for us to take her into public... OMG .. that is something we wait to do until she is almost sleeping.. it is so unreal. i recently took her to theDr and she said i have to take her to some classes for her behavior and i have to go to parenting classes to learn to deal with it.. is there any advise that you can give me

Yes parenting classes would be good, what is your interaction with your daughter how do you react to the Tantrums? It could be that she is jealous of the Baby and she feels usurped when Baby gets all the attention, focus on her positive side and praise her when she does something good, get her doing outside activities and Games , get her Dad invilved and playing games with her.Set some bounderies and have time outs and keep to them, mostly she needs one to one attention, let Dad have Baby and you  do things with her like you used to do.
