Why is she wet?!

My 3.5 year old daughter is constantly wet. She is completely potty trained and cooperates perfectly. She'll use the bathroom and then I'll see her pants all wet in the next three minutes. What do I do? I've asked her if she ACTUALLY uses the bathroom and she says she does. I'm sooo frustrated. I put her in diapers one time and she was STILL WET!! What is wrong with her? Is she sick, infected? What is it? Please help guys!!:)

I think little ones can have trouble with the logistics of going potty.  That pulling pants on and off thing can be a bit rough.  They really could be getting wet from that.

I know that my boys when they were that age too would sometimes be too late to the potty and have started to go before they got there event though they were trying.

I'd just walk her in and maybe keep an eye on the time and ever hour ask if she has to go.

I'm sure you are doing a fine job with her. ---  sounds like it for sure!  good luck

Really?! I thought I potty trained her well enough. Maybe I did it wrong, after all, I am only 23...I know I'm young to have a baby but my boyfriend and I were messing around in bed one night and...u know. I will take your advice and go in with her to make sure she's "going" right!:) Thanks!!

I'd say she's not really potty trained.  She is maybe getting there a bit too late or not getting her pants down properly when she goes could be another possibility.  Go in with her to see.

She's still really little.  You are saying her pants are wet with urine, right?

Do you know if her pants are dry or wet before she goes into the bathroom?

I think that the only thing you can do is to get this behavior checked out by the pediatrician.  That is the only way to rule out a medical problem.
