child always scream - 2 yrs old

My son is 2 yrs old and although he does say few words he still doesn't talk. He also scream a lot and cries too.
what can i do to change his behaviour?

Hi, I would take your child to a dr to make sure there is nothing wrong with him. Lots of two year olds cry a lot and are completely normal. 2 is a typical age for little ones to have temper tantrums. Have you tried walking him in the pram when he gets like this. I found it worked with my boys. It got us out of the house and lessened the stress cycle because the more they screamed the more I stressed and they would feel my stress and cry more. I know this is a very simplistic idea but I found it worked for us. A dr can advise you if you need to go further than him/her to find out if his behaviour is normal or a developmental problem. not being able to communicate and express he needs is probably frustrating him which is why he screams and cries a lot you need to talk to his doctor about his lack of speech and get him into a program that helps children with speech delays
