children sexuality????

Over the weekend I let my fiancee's nephew stay for trick of treating. Well it was ok. He's well behaved. He went home Sunday. Monday morning on the way taking my daughter to school she tells my fiancee' that he showed her his private part. I talk to her about not showing people her's, and not to let them touch her or anything in that part. I came home from work later that afternoon and was told about this. I am heated. I picked my daughter up when school let out. I had a talk just the two of us. She told me that he woke her up and wanted her to lay with him. And showed her his private. I told her that I am glad she told me. I let her know she was not in trouble at all. I talked with my fiancee' about it. I don't want him here. He said well he's my family. what am I supposed to do? Well, she's our daughter is what I said. I don't want over. He did that to my daughter once, don't want it happening again. See his mom is on her honey moon. So we decided to all get together and talk about it. I have no idea what to do. I have no family of mine to talk to. I'd love advice from other parents if possible. I don't know what to do.

I am talking with his mom when she comes back tomorrow. I've never had this happen and never thought of it happening to my child. It is scary.

That's unbelievable- he's only 12 years old?  That's the problem, he is not even mature enough to really understand and want these things - he probably saw such behavior on internet or on TV and acted in a similar way..  Once you let the kid surf the internet, you have no idea what they are seeing and how damaging some stuff could be to them.  Even facebook, where lots of kids hang out, is full of highly suggestive things and pics of sexual nature lurking all over the screen and voila- you get a trick-a-treater like that   Really scary...

I'm sorry, he's 12 years old. I think he's old enough to know better than to do that

You dont say his age here ,I think you are right and he should not be in your home, they usually try it again,  you need to tell your husband that it is your home aswell and you are not comfortable, having him there. that should be enough.
