Good points from above. Kids of this age don't really know how to express anger. You might try buying a book like "When I feel Angry" which shows different ways to deal with your emotions. It is meant to be read aloud (several times) and practiced. It and other good suggested titles may be found here - http://www.amazon.com/When-Feel-Angry-Way-Books/dp/0807588970/ref=pd_sim_b_5
Hi!
This is also a way of overcoming anger. Care should be taken to see there is nothing around which can hurt her. Also since she makes rhythmic noise, music may soothe her. Music therapy can be tried. But more important, it is necessary to talk to her pediatrician to assess whether she has any other problem. If it is happening almost daily, then this should be looked into, especially since she does not cry. Take care!
The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
