My four year old is acting very sexual..

.For about a year and a half my daughter has continued to do things that I have questioned but never took very serious til today. My sister and friend were over and they have two sons that are also 4. They were playing and my nephew ran out of the room and said "let's go home mom..now" I asked what was going on he said nothing. After all the mommies talked to their child it came out that the three kids were playing house and that they kissed and both boys kissed my daughters Private. I was very upset but had an inclination that my daughter actually started the entire thing. Everyone including my daughter admitted she did after a few hours of talking about it.
My daughter dances very sexually, at first it was funny now she touches herself. She tries to kiss me and stick her tongue in mines. She tries this with my husband and her brother. She likes to jump and rub herself on us. My husband and I hardly even kiss around the kids. She is always with us never been to daycare or preschool, She has in the past watched shows that she probably shouldn't have but I have now put that to a holt. Should I seek counseling? What should I do? Please help

Supervise more , so you know hat is happening around her, you say she tries this with her Dad and brother, is this an older brother , so what do they do when she does this, it sounds as if this has been a learned or a copied behavior , in my opinion be aware , not a good idea to allow small children to play without some supervision..If she is doing what you describe she has seen it or had it done to her ...nip it in the bud tell Dad aswell to .do the same ...
