Don't bug your cousin with this.  Fetishes are harmless enough, but take it out of the family.  Most women would feel a bit uncomfortable being asked, so you might have to keep it in the realm of fantasy for a while, until you're an adult.  But because of that especially, and also because she is your cousin, don't make the move.  Cousins are not supposed to do sexual things together, and if she finds it weird, it's even worse.
