inappropriate child touching other child's privates

last night my four year old was having a sleep over at his COUSINS house that I'd nine years old but has the capacity of a six year old. I received a phone call immediately after it happened testing that the nine year old was seen putting his mouth on my sons penis repeatedly... I am in utter shock and heartbroken that my child has experienced this. I have done and said everything I know to do to to help my child understand . My fear is that it will affect him longterm. ?

I think sleep overs for young children are not a good idea ..many time things like this happen, the age group is also too big even if the child has a capacity of 6 ..Maybe wait till he is a lot older.It may be a good idea to ask the doctor what he thinks regarding any affects ..is your child speaking about it to you .?

Gosh, that is terrible.  It is odd that someone saw this repeatedly and didn't stop it or seperate them.  Who was watching the kids?
