please help

my three year old is out of control she has what i can only explain as anger attacks she will just start screaming, her eyes get big she stands still puts up her arms and just screams out the same words for lke 20 to 30 mins at a time.. she will be fine playing and sweet and all of a sudden shes mean and hitting or biting or breaking things.. i have tried every form of discipline i can think of but nothing works... when she was 1 she had a seizure they put her on a med called kepra the pharmacy srewed up and was giving her five times more a day then she was supposed t have, she started having anger problems so i took her off the meds and she stopped until recently.... she is a verybright child and sweet at times.. she has older siblings and she is very mean to them most of the time my 6 year old is actually scared of her. i dont know what to do please help.. thankyou

Just googling keppra,  there are tons of hits about "kepprage" as they call it - rages caused by keppra.  

I couldn't find any sites that said the rages continued after discontinuing the keppra.  

There is some thought that uncontrollable rages like your daughter is experiencing are caused by seizures - and since she was known to have a seizure as a baby,  this rage may actually be a seizure.

Best wishes.  I would get her checked out - it sounds like she is miserable.
