My 3 yr old said she was touched by mommy new boyfriend

After mommy and daddy had a separation. I the father had to leave town and my grandma and her uncles would help take care of her while dad was gone. The mother had been cheating and had a new boyfriend the next dad. I had return to town without anybody knowing and called the mother asking to see my kids. When i did i took them to taco bell and my 3 yr old ask me a question she asks me dad do you know my coochie moves. I asked why would you say that? i have never heard my daughter say that word before she said the other guys name and said he touch her? Dont know what to do?
