Hi;
My 6 year old son was touched by his 7 year old friend ,he is a boy too.He did it two times with my kid and once with an other kid in his class.Once he kissed and touch his body too and my son told his teacher and she told his parents but he did this job again and as I said that he touches the private part and play with that .I told his mom but she got offended instead of listening carefully ,she went to school and complain about me and said that i was talking with her son very bad but I did not do that ,she called me layer  and complained why I work there as volunteer and monitor his kid.It is not true ,I work only 3 hours a day as volunteer and I just saw these nasty things fro his son and I do not know what to do.

might be a good idea to get a letter from a lawyer.

Please write a letter to the principal of the school and explain your side of the story, and also you might write a letter to the mother because you said she did not listen carefully.  That's about all you can do, besides keeping your son away from this child.
