Can I manage high cholesterol without medication?

My bad cholesterol is low but my good cholesterol is not high enough.

It is extremely tough, but it can be done- it depends on your levels, but you can talk with your doctor about coming up with a plan to either not be on medication or to go on it and then work your way off of it.  Cholesterol can be hard to figure out what to do to help, but a lot of times (although not all) it will involve losing weight.  For your specific situation, it's best to talk with your doctor for a game plan.  Good luck!
