I have a sharp pain in my left chest.

I am 13 years old, I am 87lb, and my height is 5ft. I am saying this because I get a very sharp pain in my upper left chest, my left not yours, that makes it extremely hard to walk, it can last for a few seconds or a few minutes. I have done some research on it, but I cannot seem to find anything. Do you know what this is? How can I stop it?
