It may also be a deficiency of certain vitamins. It would be better for you to do an analysis for vitamins and wonder what you don’t get. For example, you may have a vitamin D deficiency
'might also be' sleep apnea- many folks don't even know they have it- but it can have devastating effects on people- making them very tired during hte day- loss of concentration, brain fog, exhaustion- (not just tiredness). If you don;t have a spouse to tell you if you snore or not- buy a small sound activated tape recorder, and run it for a few nights, see i you hear snoring, or hear yourself 1/2 wake up many times through the night. If so- go to a dsleep clinic and get tested- or just get tested anyways- without recording yourself if you think this might be the case
There are 2 forms of sleep apnea- Wel actually 3- 1 is a mix of the first two ill mention) one is physiological, (overweight) which blocks off the airway while sleeping- the other is in the central nervous system- due to a signal disruption from the central nervous system-
I have central sleep apnea, and thought i had finally got the answer to why i was so tired all the time, and went on machine with great hopes, but nope- didn't help- so something else is going on too- likely chronic fatigue
I would definitely see a doctor. It can be psychical or mental health. I have struggled with this but I have reasons as far as the cause. I through that in their because I understand how sh*t it is. It’s definitely something you’d want to get checked out though so you know and can be treated. Good luck
