Why do my bones ache and why am I nauseous?

About a month and or so ago when the weather started to change and get cooler my bones/body started to feel achy, I felt super tired, nauseous, my mind felt so out of it- it was like I was 'there' but not. I basically thought I was a zombie. My doctor said it could have been hay fever or something viral that was brewing but not 100% developed as of yet. And also that my body hasn't been used to chillier weather (I've been living in Miami for the past two years and relocated to NYC) So he gave me a z-pack just in case and told me to take allergy medicine which I did. Got tested for allergies and nothing serious came up. I guess I felt better afterwards. Recently I traveled for 3 weeks for work and I was feeling good. The last city I was in was St. Louis which was, what I considered, cold - low to mid 50's. As soon as I got back to the north east my body started feeling the same as it did before I travelled. If anyone has any advice or solutions I'd be glad to hear
