BACK PAIN

I noticed a back pain after exposure to cold some days ago and it seriously pains me when I shift positions during sleep as I've ended up loosing my sleep 2 days in a row. Took ibuprofen yesterday and it eased but has returned and also drinking hot tea. What is wrong with me and what can I do - no history of such before!!

Thanks for your advice, I've actually been keeping warm and doing hot massage with a hot balm which has greatly shown improvements. Now I sleep fine and the pains have subsided and wearing off gradually...thanks and hugss

maybe it's too damn cold and you went outside shirtless!

Okay,i'm joking.Ha HA HA...

Now back to seriousness-
maybe it's too cold and cold is not your style.
Hot tea makes you feel better.why don't you apply on your back with RHUMACORT, before you go to sleep you know. It actually helps a lot.

Bye, good day and may you get well soon.
