8 weeks pregnant with a stuffy nose, sore throat and feeling pressure on chest.

I am currently 8 weeks pregnant with a stuffy nose, sore throat and feeling pressure on my chest. What can I take to help me? It's the first time I've felt pressure on my chest. What should I do? Once again I'm 8 weeks pregnant. Yesterday I wasn't able to keep anything down not even water today I am able to a little better but I feel pressure on my chest should I be worried?

Unless you've already done so, speak with your ob/gyn as soon as you can.  Flu-like symptoms aren't uncommon in some pregnancies, but chest pressure and not being able to keep fluids down should be looked at more closely.
Take care, get plenty of rest, and speak w/ your Dr. soon!
