Unknown sickness?

Okay so today I was at school and I suddenly felt very, very ill. I was getting cramps in my joints, I started feeling nausious, I got lightheaded, I had terrible cramps, and I became very pale. Just this last two weeks I've had a cold and I'm still a bit congested. I also wake up every morning with stomach pains. I'm not sure if this is just the regular flu or not? Could it also be stress that is causing this? Any help would be appreciated.

I had something a few weeks ago, it was very strange. My intestines hurt, and I was all swollen...and I had fever, chills.
I took laxatives, and drank a lot. It cleared up, but came back.
But drinking a lot helped, and I got better, I even went hiking. The worst part was discomfort and swollen abdomen. I drank ginger tea. And ginger ale. Ginger is good for these things!
I thought of going to the doctor, but my experience is they will just give me pills I could do without. I was right.
But you have to do what you think is best!
Hope you feel better soon.

It might be stress. Don't take too much responsabilities. And breath. You know, what the say, take a deep breath and count to 10? That actually works!!!
Cheers,
Eleni

I've been having exactly same symptoms - dizzy spells, stomach ache, nausea, chills, cold hands, cold feets and pale. I've been running a mild fever every afternoon till about 2am 3 days in a row now.  Looks like this bug is running a longer than normal course.  Your symptoms could still be from the viral infection.  Rest as much as you can.  Hope you feel better soon! Take care.
