blood in salvia after trying to vomit

i got home and felt like vomiting, and it got to the point that i just wanted to go to the bathroom and puke so i tried to stick my fingers in my mout to vomit and right after few shots saliva came out and just a little blood and after that i spit out blood and it stoped. i tried it again just to make sure it was blood and it was the same thing again, and i panicked and had blurred vision and passed out. i dont have pain anywere, no fever, feel normal but im freaked out, the blood is like red, looks like its mixed with water and blood.

It sounds like you might have scratched the back of your throat when trying to make yourself throw up. What made you nauseated, do you know? Have you been feeling sick lately? If not, you might have just panicked  because you saw the blood and that caused you to pass out. I hope this is the case. Please don't take this as a put down but, it's never a good idea to force yourself to throw up. Your body is in charge of that. If you are still feeling sick you may need the Doc. To look at you! Good luck!

I don't think you have a reason to worry, i think you just traumatised your throat with your fingers. Passing out could be the result of extreme stress you felt or it could be minor dehydration from vomiting. If you keep spitting blood for the next 2-3 days you should go to your doctor. And by no means don't you ever force yourself again to vomit.
