It sounds like bacterial or viral food poisoning. Did you eat out before this happened? Or, did you have a pot luck or have food that was left out? Can you drink fluids? You can get very dehydrated with that much diarrhea and the vomiting. If you can take sips of water try to keep it down. If you are having frequent diarrhea and a fever you should see you doctor. They may need to get a stool culture on you to see if it is bacterial. Sometimes it is viral and will go away on its own or sometimes you need antibiotics. But the main issue is getting too dehydrated. If you can eat have a banana or anything with potassium such as gatoraide. If you can't drink anything at all then go to the ER and they can rehydrate you.
well i did eat out, but i ate out with some friends and they're not sick at all. so i don't think it's food poisoning.
Well, that is how food poisoning works. It is hit and miss. If it is viral food poisoning it would affect more people but bacterial is hit and miss. I went to a mexican restuarant and my husband I ordered different food for lunch I didn't get sick and he was extremely sick for two nights.
